FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about GPX files, printing, delivery and pricing.

Where can I print it myself?

Any local print shop, photo lab or online printer should work. You will get a high-resolution file that is ready to print.

Do you store my data?

Only during the session. After you close it, the data is deleted and the Strava connection is removed.

You can verify this yourself in your Strava Connected Apps settings.

Where do I get a GPX file?

You can export GPX from Strava activity pages, and many athletes can also get it from Garmin or Suunto.

Can I edit the GPX file first?

Yes. Try free tools like gpx.studio, The Ride Atlas GPX Editor or viewmygpx.

What are the delivery times?

Digital files are instant. Premium prints usually arrive in 2-7 days, depending on format and delivery address.

What makes up the price?

A. We have reduced the price as much as we can, so we often suggest printing at your nearest local print shop first. That is usually the cheaper option.

B. It was not easy for you to find us. To make that happen, we paid Google about £10. But once you have found us, every future digital poster comes with a £10 returning-customer discount.

C. The remaining £9 goes into the builder itself, hosting, support, service and everything else needed to keep it working.

D. You can always use free tools instead, for example gpx.studio and viewmygpx.
